Yah is the spirit of the vision - of Gabriel.
Found
in the Torah, and is about the "Gabriel's Revelation" (see below). I
ran a separate search for "Revelation (or vision)" and "Gabriel".
"Revelation" was extendable to "God is the Spirit of the Revelation".
I also noticed it crossed a term from the surface text (Exodus 34:1)
referring to "tablets of stone", which fits perfectly the content
of the code indeed (see Wikipedia article below).

Gabriel's
Revelation (also named Hazon Gabriel or the Vision
of Gabriel[1])
is a three-foot-tall tablet with 87 lines of Hebrew
containing a collection of short prophecies written in the first person
and dated to the late first century BCE.[2][3]
One of the stories allegedly tells of a man who was killed by the Romans
and resurrected in three days. It is a tablet hailed as a "Dead
Sea scroll in stone".
