Though the name “Frances” is a short term with a relatively high percentage of chance occurrence (583 expected = A probability of 100 %) what is interesting is that there’s only one instance of the horizontal phrase « With a tempest in the day of the stormy wind” in the whole Tanach and 2 occurrences of the name “Frances” share a letter with it !!!
